GOODS IN PROCESS

Please read the below as failure to adhere to this process will incur non-conformance fines or additional labour charges. This is for parcels, pallets and containers.

Pallets must be supplied on standard or euro pallets and no higher than 1.8m tall. Taller than that doesn’t fit in our racking and will require reworking which will be charged for.

ASN (Advanced Shipping Note):

Please book in the ASN on Mintsoft detailing all stock that is arriving. To understand how to do this, please click here. This is for all inbound, both pallets and cartons. You must send this paperwork to your outbounder so they can include it on the pallet. The ASN paperwork includes a barcode, which we scan when it enters the building and allows us to book in the order seamlessly. Without this paperwork your order will be delayed in being booked in and we will need to charge a non-conformance of £20 per shipment.

Goods In Slot:

Once you have completed your ASN. Please book your slot with goodsin@startuplogistics.co.uk, stating your ASN number to ensure your order can be received on that date. You are given a 2 hour window. However if your goods in takes more than 2 hours to book in (mixed pallets, numerous cartons, broken deliveries, damaged pallets) we will charge our standard labour charge over and above this time slot. 

Incorrect Order Information:

If orders are sent to us, that require human intervention, where we have to correct mistakes made by the customer or factory, missing addresses, wrong SKUs, incorrect pallet heights, broken pallets, double stacked pallets etc, we reserve the right to charge a non-conformance fee or our standard labour charge, whichever is higher to resolve. 

Non-Conformance Fees:

• No Booking In Slot - £50+vat

• No ASN - £25+vat

• Incorrect ASN (missing SKUs/over received) £20+vat

• Pallets over 1.8m - £20+vat

• Double Stacked Pallet - £25+vat

• Broken Pallet - £20+vat
