OUR PLEDGE

We created Scale 3PL because we have a love of fast-moving consumer brands, whether it be food and drink, make-up or merchandise. We want to help amazing brands get their products into the hands of their customers. How we work together as two companies is of the utmost importance and so we’ve pulled together this pledge which commits how we will work with you and in turn how we want you to work with us.

We have no intention to just shift boxes. We have no intention to just be your logistics supplier. Think of us like one of your internal teams. This is as much your warehouse as it is ours. They are our staff as much as yours. You can come in any time you want. You can walk down the aisles, pick orders, say hello to the pickers, train the packers on how you want things to work, and provide crib sheets. We will share ideas with you. We’ll be your eyes and ears on the ground. Product & packaging quality will be front and centre for us.

As your fulfillment partner, we are not the courier and therefore we cannot control the courier’s performance. We will advise you on which couriers offer which services and will help as much as we can to support you in choosing the right courier. They will make errors and we will advise you on how to combat these but you will need to separate their performance from our performance.

We all have the same goal here, to make you look good, and we want to learn everything we can to ensure that happens from day one. But things are going to go wrong.

We are going to make picking errors.

We are going to have breakages.

We are going to fail.

But we will learn.

And as your partner in this we ask, just like you would a member of your own staff, to work with us and help us. This isn’t about us trying to make a quick buck on your account. This is about us trying to help you build a great online business and in return we are there side-by-side growing with you.

There are hundreds of logistics companies you can work with. We will never be the cheapest and we will never be the most expensive but we will charge a fair price and we will work tirelessly to make you look good. So we ask you to be honest with us. Help us. Guide us and support us. We are so excited to have the chance to work with you on this.
