At Scale 3PL, we strive to offer efficient and reliable fulfillment services that help your business succeed. To maintain this level of service and to account for the additional resources required to handle particularly heavy parcels, we are introducing a Heavy Parcel Charge for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) orders, effective 19th December 2024.

This decision was not made lightly. Packing and processing heavier orders require significantly more time and effort from our team, as well as additional materials. By introducing this charge, we aim to ensure that we can continue to provide the quality service you’ve come to expect while balancing operational demands.

Orders exceeding certain weight bands will will incur a charge. Please see below:

• 0-30kg - no change

• 30kg - 50kg - £1.50+vat

• 50kg - 75kg - £2+vat

• 75kg - 100kg - £2.50+vat

• 100kg - 125kg - £3+vat

• 125kg - 150kg - £3.50+vat

• 150kg - 175kg - £4+vat

• 175kg - 200kg - £4.50+vat

• 200kg - 300kg - £5.50+vat

• 300kg - 400kg - £6.50+vat

• 400kg - 500kg - £7.50+vat

• 500kg - £8.50+vat
