REWORKING & KIT BUILDING PROCESS

When you have products that need some extra TLC. Relabelling, re-boxing, bundle building or anything else that requires some human intervention before the goods can be sent out to customers we need you to follow our Rework and Kit Building Process

1. Book in your kit build with your Account Manager. The lead time for this is around 10 days from point of contact.

2. Once you have confirmation of the date the kit building has been booked in for, please place the order on Mintsoft.

3. Attach any PDF labels required for the kit building as part of the sales order.

4. Send the order reference number to the Account Manager to ensure the kit build is linked back to that sales order

5. Ensure all items needed for the kit build at least 24 hours before the kit build is due. If not all items are received, by this date, the kit build will be delayed a further 10 days.
